How did you get started in the fitness industry?
I started as a track and field athlete and then joined the United States Navy where fitness and wellness became apart of my normal routine.
Besides weight loss, what are some other reasons clients train with you?
Clients train with me because I help with self esteem, confidence, stress management, and image wellness.
How do you keep clients motivated?
Great customer service! Being able to provide continuous counseling and mentoring with periodization training and progress assessment.

Certified Fitness Trainer & Nutrition Specialist with 23 year military experience in Health, Muscle, Fitness & Sports conditioning training. I trained as well as developed military and civilian personnel alike.

I am passionate about my clients and feel that it is an honor to assist each person, at their own level, to achieve their wellness and fitness goals for a happier and healthier life. I am committed everyday to showing my clients that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well-rounded diet and exercise. I provide them with an energetic and positive session. I truly do understand that every client is unique and they have different needs. The programs I create are catered to and focus solely on the individual client.
